6. AI-Generated Content and Educational Accuracy
Note Echo uses AI-powered technologies to support certain educational features. AI-generated content may include summaries, explanations, refined notes, practice questions, answers, and other learning materials.
Although we aim to provide useful educational assistance, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, misleading explanations, or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before relying on it for academic work, examinations, assignments, or other important purposes.
Note Echo is a study-support tool. It does not guarantee academic success, higher examination scores, improved grades, or admission to any educational programme.
You should consult your lecturers, textbooks, official course materials, and other reliable sources when accuracy is important.
You must also comply with your institution's academic integrity rules. You should not use Note Echo to cheat in examinations, impersonate another student, or engage in academic misconduct.
7. Audio Recording and Learning Materials
Certain features may allow you to submit audio recordings, images, lecture-board photographs, and educational documents for processing.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission to record lectures, conversations, or other people and to upload materials belonging to others. You must comply with applicable privacy laws, copyright requirements, and institutional recording policies.
We do not guarantee that every recording will be transcribed perfectly or that every uploaded document will be processed successfully. Processing quality may depend on factors such as audio clarity, background noise, document quality, handwriting, file format, and technical limitations.
You should review generated notes and transcriptions for accuracy and completeness.

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or responsibilities that cannot legally be transferred to you.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when we introduce new features, modify our services, or respond to changes in applicable law.
When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the application, our website, or another appropriate communication channel. The updated Terms will include a revised effective date.
